The Chicago Academy for the Arts Supports LINK Scholars with Generous Donation

Special thanks to The Chicago Academy for the Arts, the nation’s premier performing and visual arts high school, for their recent donation to LINK Unlimited Scholars! The school’s students demonstrated impressive leadership by putting together a program to celebrate Black excellence and honor Black performers and artists through their creative presentation—and it was their idea to donate the proceeds from the two-day event to LINK. We’re so grateful!
LINK’s own Maurice Tiner, Director of Advancement & External Affairs, attended this late-February performance during the 4th Annual Black Student Union showcase. This year’s theme was Influence on Genre: The Black Effect, in celebration of Black History Month.
