Meet Marta & Addison
Mentor Marta and Scholar Addison have been very busy since their first meeting last October. In addition to museum outings and zoom meetings, Marta has introduced her Scholar to her personal and professional networks.
Knowing that Addison is a budding filmmaker, Marta introduced her to an established filmmaker, with whom Addison was able to have a fruitful conversation about their shared passion. Marta has also set up one-on-one meetings for Addison with other creatives so that Addison can expand her network and horizons around creative endeavors. Before the meetings, Marta and Addison prepare a list of questions for Addison to ask during the conversations. Thank you, Marta, for exemplifying what it means to be a Mentor!
