LINK Is Moving!
We are so grateful for your participation with LINK Unlimited Scholars! Thanks to the dedication and success of our High School and Jr. LINK Scholars, the commitment of our Mentors, and the ongoing investment of our Partners & Supporters, our program has experienced significant growth over the past several years.
In the last year alone, LINK served a record 316 students, with plans to nearly double that number by 2027! Over the past several years, we have expanded our programming to include public school partnerships as well as middle school and college students, and we have doubled our staff size. This exciting period of growth has opened up new possibilities for our Scholars and our mission!
Because of this growth, however, our current building can no longer keep up with our expanding needs. The group space has become too limited for gatherings—thus, as you know, our Scholar events have been hosted offsite for some time now. Additionally, our growing staff team needs more office space in order to best serve our Scholars and families.
To address these needs, in early 2025 we are selling our current building and moving into a new space in the downtown area that can better support us. We are active in our search for a centrally located space that can meet all of our staff and Scholar needs more suitably—with room for expansion, too—and we look forward to sharing this location with you soon…along with an invitation to tour the new space once we’ve settled in.
Please be assured that this move will have minimal impact on our Scholars and programming, which will continue as usual. In fact, this move will strengthen LINK by enabling us to focus more resources on supporting our Scholars, providing adequate space for our team, and creating a central, accessible location for the LINK community. Proceeds from the building sale will establish funding dedicated to preserving the future of the organization and enhancing the LINK experience for our Scholars.
