Fifth Third’s Investment in LINK
We are grateful for Fifth Third Chicagoland Foundation’s recently renewed grant support. With contributions dating back to 2009, Fifth Third has been long committed to investing in the cultivation of Chicago’s future leaders, with their current support centered on the college access and career exposure components of our four-year fellowship model.
Robert McGhee, Senior Vice President, Community, and Economic Development at Fifth Third Bank describes why they invest in LINK Scholars:
“Supporting partners such as LINK Unlimited Scholars is essential to Fifth Third’s ability to advance inclusion and diversity and improve lives in the communities we serve. We recognize that education is fundamental to creating more equitable outcomes in Black communities, and the Fifth Third Chicagoland Foundation is honored to assist LINK Unlimited Scholars in their mission to support Black students getting to and through college. Together we know we can change the lives of Black students and families in Chicago.”
Thank you to Rob and his Fifth Third colleagues for their continued investment and commitment to the future of our Scholars!
