Welcome New Staff

We’re thrilled to welcome four new staff members to the LINK team: Muñeca Diaz, Coordinator, Advancement & External Affairs; Myaah Morgan, M.Ed., Director, Educational Programs; Molly Dull, Director, College Access & Post-Secondary Success; and Trinity Maze, Assistant, Marketing and Communications.
Muñeca Diaz, Coordinator, Advancement & External Affairs
A
Boston native, experienced marketing professional, music educator, and community-driven storyteller, Muñeca is a proud alum of Berklee College of Music and a first-generation college graduate. She is dedicated to helping nonprofits like LINK build long-lasting impact.
Most recently, she worked as the foundation coordinator at Power 2 Inspire, a music education nonprofit focused on creating access and opportunity for Black and Brown youth worldwide. When she’s not working, Muñeca enjoys playing her electric bass, streaming video games, or tinkering with her PC.
She’s excited to bring her experience to LINK and help our Scholars get to, through, and beyond college.
Myaah Morgan, M.Ed., Director, Educational Programs
“I
t takes a village to raise a child” is a quote that has guided Myaah’s work in education for the past decade. She is a passionate advocate for educational equity, specializing in post-secondary advising and planning for underserved communities. She supports students and families in identifying best-fit college and career pathways aligned with their goals and values.
Myaah’s experience includes leading college and career fairs, campus visits, student workshops, and admissions presentations while building strong university and community partnerships that connect students to diverse post-secondary opportunities. Through mentoring, community building, and student-centered programming, she helps students expand networks, build career-ready skills, and access pathways to long-term success.
She holds a BA in communications with a minor in psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Education in higher education management with a concentration in post-secondary access and success from Temple University.
Originally from Philadelphia, Myaah is excited to continue this work with the LINK team in the Chicago area, supporting Scholars and their families as they prepare for bright futures.
Molly Dull, Director, College Access & Post-Secondary Success
Molly (she/her) brings to LINK more than 15 years of experience in youth leadership and program development. She has worked with youth and young adults on educational equity initiatives in civic engagement, social-emotional learning, college success, and professional development. Her approach to work is shaped by her deep belief in the power of community, collaborative solution-making, and hope rooted in action for the collective good.
Molly holds a BA in international studies and gender studies from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Social Work (macro concentration) from Boston University. Outside of work, she loves cooking, is always on the hunt for new book recs (usually fiction), and is a certified yoga instructor.
Molly is thrilled to be joining the LINK team to help Scholars feel informed and empowered in their higher education search and to continue building out LINK’s support systems to be responsive to Scholars during and after their transition into post-secondary education.
Trinity Maze, Work Study Assistant, Marketing and Communications
Trinity is a senior at Loyola University Chicago studying advertising and public relations. As the work study assistant for marketing and communications at LINK, she supports storytelling and outreach efforts that elevate Scholar voices and expand access to opportunity.
Drawn to LINK’s strong focus on educational support, mentorship, and student success, Trinity is excited to deepen her understanding of how strategic communications can drive meaningful impact in the nonprofit space and help amplify the stories that matter most.
