Virtual Career Connections Collective Panel Series (6:00 – 7:30 pm)
Join us for this virtual multi-session career panel series where Scholars and parents can engage with professionals in various fields. Our goal is for participants to learn how to enter the field, get a glimpse into the day-to-day life of different careers, and leave with more information about the available career paths.

Virtual Family Advisory Council Meetings (7:00 pm)
The Family Advisory Council is an opportunity for parents to connect and create community, offer insight and feedback regarding programming, stay updated with LINK happenings, and learn more about how to support their LINK Scholar(s).

MLK Day of Service – Monday, January 15
Save the date and plan to join us for a day of service on MLK Day!
Be on the lookout for more information in the coming weeks. As a reminder, High School and Jr. LINK Scholars must participate in at least one service project annually—and what better way to serve than by doing so together!
Saturday Academy – Saturday, January 27 (9:00am – 12:00pm)
@National Teachers Academy (55 W. Cermak Rd, Chicago)
At the January Saturday Academy, High School Fellowship Scholars will learn about your capstone projects and dive further into your curriculum as you learn how to create change in your community, set SMART goals, and continue to learn about yourselves as people and learners. Remember to RSVP in the app!

Mentor/Scholar Event with Mahogany Tours – Saturday, February 3
We’re partnering with Chicago Mahogany Tours to sponsor a tour of North Lawndale, especially for High School Scholars and Mentors, on Saturday, February 3. Chicago Mahogany Tours aims to highlight Chicago’s people, architecture, and impact on the world with a desire to plant a seed in you that will foster a sense of pride and community.
