We link historically underserved students across Chicagoland to a bright future.
At LINK Unlimited Scholars, our mission has always centered on advancing educational equity by supporting students who have been historically underrepresented in higher education. Since our founding in 1966, we have maintained a steadfast commitment to serving Black students and communities most impacted by systemic barriers to opportunity.
Our four programmatic elements—Academic Enrichment, College Access, Leadership Development, and Career Exposure—give our LINK Scholars the resources they need to reach their full potential.
The Challenge
Chicago’s educational system amplifies persistent inequities, creating deep and lasting opportunity gaps for historically underrepresented students, particularly Black students. These disparities in academic achievement, career access, and economic mobility remain one of the city’s most urgent and systemic challenges.
Our Solution
A six-year fellowship from middle to high school making college success a reality.
Our Impact
Changing the trajectory of historically underrepresented students across Chicagoland.
