Stephen C. Hackney
Steve Hackney is a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis. As an experienced trial lawyer, Steve has first- or second-chaired hearings and trials across the United States. He focuses his practice in the restructuring and private equity contexts, and is a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Steve earned a juris doctor with honors from the University of Chicago Law School and a bachelor of arts, cum laude, from Rice University.
