Gratitude for Giving Tuesday
A huge thank you to everyone who supported LINK on Giving Tuesday! Thanks to your generosity, we raised $10,000 to support our work of empowering talented and ambitious Black students in Chicago to achieve their dreams of college graduation.
Our Scholars inspire and amaze us every day—and we know their drive and determination can lead them to achieve anything they set their sights on! As their advocates, our job is to remove inequities and obstacles from their path so they are able to thrive on their journey to, through, and beyond college.
Every donation creates real opportunities for Scholars like Ari Jones, a class of 2026 senior at Whitney Young, whose life was changed this past summer through a fully-funded study abroad experience in Denmark made possible by LINK.
Because of generous donors like you, Ari:
- Studied the Danish language, event planning, and global culinary arts
- Explored fashion, music, and youth culture in Copenhagen
- Experienced her first-ever international trip
- Returned with a broader perspective, confidence, and global awareness
