Mentor Spotlight
We’re proud to shine the Mentor Spotlight on Astin Hayes and Marc Washington. Astin is a returning Mentor who brought Marc on board to co-mentor with her during the 2023-24 school year.
Astin, the Channel Market Manager at Rémy Cointreau, has been a member of the LINK Mentor community since 2020. At that time, she was Mentor to LINK Alumna Dominique J. Last year, Dominique’s younger brother, Wesley J., personally requested Astin to be his Mentor after watching his older sister form a bond with Astin over the years.
While Astin felt confident in her ability to mentor Wesly, she wanted to ensure that he had guidance from a male perspective as well. Thus entered Marc Washington, founder and CEO of Marco Muzik Entertainment. Marc is a first-time Mentor with LINK who has truly hit the ground running.
Since Astin and Marc began co-mentoring Wesly (Class of 2025), they have become an amazing powerhouse Mentor team!
