As fall begins, and students return to their studies, many LINK Scholars experience a less challenging “back-to-school” transition. Why? Because they never really left the classroom.
Here at LINK, we believe in year-round enrichment. Whether it be through our Summer Learning Program or connecting our college-aged scholars with first-class internships, the result of our commitment to continued learning is the same: boundless growth and transformative opportunity.
Our Summer Learning Program provided over 120 additional classroom hours to our high school scholars, and 100% of our rising seniors had constructive summers, participating in an educational or career building opportunity.
What these numbers represent is the LINK Difference in action – one that continues to impress leaders in the communities we serve. From Jonathan Deck, our internship partner at JP Morgan Chase, who had the opportunity to work with our very own Alana Clark (Pictured Right), LINK Class of 2015:
“Our sincere thanks and appreciation for the work both you and LINK completed to help Alana obtain her internship with us. Alana was a wonderful addition to our team, and we greatly appreciated the efforts she made to understand our business and contribute to its performance this past summer. Thanks again for the opportunity.”
Testimonials like these are made possible by the endless support of our extended LINK Family. Because of them, our Scholars continue to advance their dreams.
